The staff was very professional. While waiting to check out, I heard the staff member deal with a difficult customer who apparently wanted to be accommodated outside of the policy. The staff member kindly explained the policy in several different ways in a calm manner. I complimented her on the manner in which she handled a difficult call.

I liked that it was fully equipped with kitchen. The maintenance man was very helpful and polite. Had trouble wit a/c within minutes he had new one swapped out and ready. Best place we have stayed in a long time.*****

Great location across the bay from all the casino action, easy to Uber if you don’t want to drive. The queen room was nicely remodeled, clean, and spacious. Really liked the full fridge and microwave set up. Thought it was excellent value for money.

Location was good in safe area and close to attractions we were visiting to see. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean

It had been 3 yrs since we’d stayed at this location. I am so impressed with the total remodel that has been done. It’s nice, clean and very well done. Bravo D’Iberville Suburban! We’ll be back.
